Orlando City board have made plans of a major revamp of the team’s management staff after recording their worst ever campaign in Major League Soccer history, starting from the top of the club as the club announced that it has parted ways with General Manager of Soccer Operations Niki Budalic.

Niki Budalic, a Canadian native, joined Orlando City in 2016 prior to the start of the season as assistant general manager, working under former president and club founder Phil Rawlins.

Ibrahimovic pleased with victory

LA Galaxy forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic said that he is happy after they have defeated Minnesota United. He said that his team had to win the game in order to keep their chances of reaching the playoffs intact and he is happy that they have achieved that.

He said that two months ago the team was going through a bad period and that no one believed that they could make it to the playoffs and that now they have the opportunity to do it.

MLS Franchise Of City To Be Dubbed Austin FC

On the night of Wednesday, the Major League Soccer in Austin moved one more step toward the reality. This was the time when the franchise that could start playing here in the next spring announced the name of its team, branding and colors.

MLS All-Stars Of Juventus On Penalties

Champions Juventus series A got the best of All-Stars of Major League Soccer in a penalty shootout on Aug 1, after an entertaining 1-1 draw in the mid-season exhibition of the North American league. In front of the crowd of 72,317 at the Stadium of Mercedes-Benz home of Atlanta United MLS – Juventus succeed in the shoot-out with the score 5-3 after Bradley Wright-Phillips the New York Red Bulls forward missed his penalty attempt.

When Wright-Phillips’ try jump off the post and left Juventus up by 4-3, the Mattia De Sciglio fired the ball past Zack Steffen, the Columbus goalkeeper at the upper left corner to settle it. In the last 21 minutes, Andrea Favilli had the responsibility to put Juventus ahead, heading in a curling cross by Matheus Pereira. The All-Stars of MLS football, chosen from around the league via fan voting, pulled the match level in the last 26th minute through Josef Martinez of Atlanta United – the Venezuela star as well as the former Torino forward. He leads MLS football with 24 goals in all 23 matches.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic Signs For LA Galaxy

Former Manchester United striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has signed for LA Galaxy. He said that he is excited to join a team such as LA Galaxy and that he is ready to do his best to help the team win trophies. The former Swedish international said that MLS football has evolved a lot and that it is now attractive for professional to come and play there.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic said that he feels that playing for LA Galaxy is the right thing for him to do at this stage of his career and that he feels that he can bring something to the team.
